Elevation and design were the defining inspiration behind The Elexi Enclave. Drawing from the raw beauty of exposed-brick construction, the façade reflects an earthy elegance, with a stepped form inspired by hillside stepwells — creating a distinctive blend of tradition and geometry.

Over time, this unique brick character and iconic presence earned it a beloved local identity, affectionately known as the “Lal Building.”
